Shaner Group is seeking a hotel housekeeping professional in the United States. You will clean guest rooms to established standards, handle guest requests, and maintain safety and confidentiality of guest rooms.

The role requires reliable scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff. Prior hotel experience is preferred and familiarity with local attractions is helpful.

Qualifications

• One year of cleaning experience; hotel background preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Familiarity with local activities and attractions.

Description du poste

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
• Observes all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures.
• Cleans and services assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Returns and restocks cart at end of shift.
• Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
