Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to ensure clean, inviting spaces for guests at Big Cedar Lodge. You will clean corridors, guest rooms, lobbies, and shared areas while following hotel standards and safety procedures.

This on-site role requires basic housekeeping knowledge, a HS diploma, and 1–3 months of related experience. You will coordinate tasks with the team, restock supplies, and respond promptly to guest requests to maintain exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Basic housekeeping duties and guest service focus essential.
• Ability to read simple instructions and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional, friendly service to all guests.
• Cleans corridors, lobbies, stairways, lounges and guest rooms.
• Organizes work schedule from room status list, arrivals, and departures.
• Distributes linen, towels and room supplies using carts and restocks.
• Restocks room supplies such as glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies.
• Replaces dirty linens with clean items and handles laundry.
• Inspects mattresses and appliances, realigns furniture as needed.
• Responds to guest requests and housekeeping problems promptly.
• Ensures confidentiality and security of guest rooms and safety procedures.
• Observe and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
