Bass Pro Shops at Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO is hiring an Overnight Steward. You will operate dishwashing equipment to ensure a steady supply of clean, sanitary tableware and maintain a safe, tidy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates dishwashing equipment to ensure adequate supplies of clean and sanitary tableware at all times.
• Maintains personal hygiene and sanitation standards as established by Health Department.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to established Ecosure standards.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment through regular floor maintenance, trash removal, proper storage of equipment and cleaning of Dish area prior to the end of each shift.
