Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a dedicated Banquet Setup team member to ensure proper set up and tear down of meeting and banquet facilities in line with Food and Beverage standards and guest requests.

This full-time role requires physical stamina, teamwork, punctuality and a strong guest‑satisfaction focus, with adherence to safety rules and company policies; occasional driving may be required. Benefits through Bass Pro Shops are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Missouri class E or Arkansas P driver's license and a safe driving record are required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds; physical stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Properly sets up, maintains and tears down banquet functions.
• Maintains a clean, neat appearance and adheres to uniform specifications.
• Reports repairs or safety issues and follows resort policies.
• Greets guests and fellow associates and facilitates guest requests promptly.
