The Bay Club Company is seeking a housekeeping professional to ensure guest rooms are clean, stocked, and secure, following Renaissance ClubSport and OSHA safety guidelines. You will greet guests warmly and respond to questions while maintaining a high standard of room readiness.

You will load carts, clean rooms, handle belongings, report issues, and support front desk operations as needed. This role offers full-time hours with benefits and opportunities for continued education.

Qualifications

• Experience with housekeeping tasks following standardized procedures (RCS).
• Ability to greet guests warmly and assist with questions or problems.

Responsibilities

• Load and store carts per standards and pick up keys.
• Clean each assigned guest room according to RCS standards.
• Enter rooms following protocol; accommodate guest preferences when possible.
• Report missing items and any damages to supervisor.
• Restock carts for the next day and return keys at shift end.
• Assist security and follow safety guidelines.
