Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Host-Cashier at Big Cedar Lodge. The role focuses on creating a welcoming guest experience, managing seating flow and assisting servers while maintaining a clean, organized host stand.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to multitask and resolve guest questions with a positive attitude. Previous hospitality experience is valued, but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage waitlists and seating flow.
• Professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage waitlists or reservations and seating assignments.
• Provide menus and be informative to guests.
• Communicate with servers and management regarding seating and guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and entrance area.
• All other duties as assigned.
