Job summary

Bass Pro Shops at Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a dedicated Steward to maintain clean and sanitary tableware and help keep the kitchen area organized and safe. You will operate dishwashing equipment, follow SOPs, and support a team-focused service environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED preferred and a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to excellent guest service in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer service is preferred.
• Must be willing to learn new skills and be a team player.
• Flexible and mindful of team approach.
• Maintain clean, clear service areas and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure a supply of clean, sanitary tableware.
• Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Follow proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adhere to established Ecosure standards.
• Keep dish area clean and safe through shift end.
