Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Vail, Colorado seeks a friendly Guest Service Expert for a Full-Time position at the Highline Vail, a DoubleTree by Hilton. You will engage guests, handle requests, and ensure a memorable stay.

This role offers hourly pay between $18.50 and $20.00, plus benefits after eligibility, including paid holidays, 401(k), medical benefits and room discounts. A high school diploma is required; hospitality experience is a plus, and housing is available.

Responsibilities

• Self-inspect and assist in training new staff, providing feedback to improve efficiency.
• Clean guest rooms daily: beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and public areas; ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Report engineering and housekeeping discrepancies in rooms assigned daily.
• Must be available to clean rooms and cover shifts as needed and comply with attendance rules.
• Assist in inventory and ensure supplies while controlling expenses.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Process Lost and Found items daily and answer inquiries.
• Assist in projects including deep cleaning, quality inspections, and training/certifications.
• Comply with emergency procedures to protect hotel, guests, staff and assets.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uniform.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
