HIGHLINE VAIL, a DoubleTree by Hilton, operated by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Guest Service Expert on a full-time basis. The role offers hourly pay and housing availability, with benefits including Sick and Vacation Pay, Paid Holidays, 401(k), Medical Benefits and hotel room discounts.

You will assist guests, maintain room readiness, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment near Vail Mountain.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and communicate effectively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and assist in daily housekeeping tasks to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory and supplies, collect items at shift start to control costs.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and proper uniform.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
