Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an energetic Evening Houseperson for the Highline Vail, a DoubleTree by Hilton, to help keep our luxury property immaculate and guest-ready. You'll maintain cleanliness of public areas, assist with event spaces, stock linen, and respond to guest requests.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to deliver outstanding hospitality in a mountain resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and coworkers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, hallways, and meeting spaces.
• Clean and stock restrooms, ensuring they remain hygienic.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event rooms and meeting spaces.
• Stock and replenish linen closets and supplies for housekeeping and other departments.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from designated areas.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for housekeeping or maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Conduct light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
