Qualificações

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service environment.
• Hotel experience is a plus.

• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome and assist with check-in.
• Complete the registration, verify reservation details, assign rooms and provide keys.
• Process payments, balance the house bank and post charges correctly.
• Answer guest calls, relay messages, and retrieve mail and packages as requested.
• Resolve guest issues and disputes with discretion and courtesy.
• Adhere to attendance rules and perform other duties as assigned.
