The Westin Minneapolis is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms in a Downtown Minneapolis setting. This full-time, on-site role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and the routine tasks of cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, and public areas with proper supplies and safety protocols.

You will work with a collaborative housekeeping team, ensuring guests enjoy a pristine environment and a welcoming stay.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and extend arms overhead.
• Ability to push/pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms by cleaning bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Strip and make beds, change linens, restock amenities and supplies.
• Vacuum, dust furniture and inspect room cleanliness; report maintenance needs.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve rooms, and restock heavy cart; comply with attendance rules.
