Job summary

Intercontinental St. Paul Riverfront is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming hotel environment. You will replenish supplies, report maintenance concerns, and deliver friendly service while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• High School Degree required.
• Basic knowledge of general cleaning products and operation of standard cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and wipes windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms, public areas and hallways, often using ladders or stools to clean hard to reach areas, to maintain a clean, presentable facility.
• Restocks towels, soaps and room amenities and literature as needed to ensure adequate supply for arriving guests.
• Washes all hard floor areas by hand to remove dirt and soiled areas.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures to remove dust and cobwebs.
• Remakes beds with fresh linen and checks cleanliness of bed areas.
