The role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible shift. Training is provided, and you will join a supportive hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services assigned guest rooms and bathrooms promptly according to procedures.
• Changes sheets, makes beds, and vacuums in stay-overs and check-outs.
• Dusts all surfaces in guest rooms, including furniture and fixtures.
• Cleans all mirrors.
• Notifies front desk when rooms are ready; reports rooms not serviced on time.
• Reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Responds to guest and team requests promptly.
• Keeps linen cart and supplies organized.
• Secures equipment, keys and supplies.
• Reports lost and found items.
• Replaces light bulbs.
• Transports trash to disposal area.
• Replenishes guest room supplies.
• Cleans rooms per brand and company standards.
• Follows team cleaning and self-inspection procedures.
• Responds quickly to guest requests; follows up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Follows company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
