Job summary

Room Attendant / Housekeeper (NON-EXEMPT) at Home2 Suites/TRU by Hilton Lumberton supports our Rooms team by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to Hilton QA standards, following stay-over and deep-clean procedures. The daytime, full-time position requires professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience and a High School diploma are preferred; you will work within a friendly team to exceed guest expectations and maintain

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to lift approximately 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Exceed guest and team expectations through attentive housekeeping.
• Clean and maintain assigned rooms to Hilton QA standards.
• Handle supplies and storage organization.
• Follow safety procedures and health department guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues as needed.
