Due to the business demands of the hospitality industry, and the fact that the hotel provides guest services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, work schedules will vary according to business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Consistent with the One Day Rest In Seven Act (ODRISA), employees are provided at least 24 consecutive hours of rest in each calendar week, and appropriate meal periods, in accordance with applicable Department of Labor (DOL) requirements.
