Comfort Suites Southport in Indiana is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to maintain clean, inviting guest rooms and bathrooms to our high standards. You will dust, polish, vacuum, and restock supplies, ensuring a comfortable stay for every guest.

The role values a warm, people-oriented demeanor, clear communication, and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality. A high school diploma is preferred, with opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling.
• Restock all guest room supplies, like soap and shampoo.
• Organize linen closet, restock cart, and prepare for the next day before shift ends.
• Remove trash and dirty linens.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile.
• Ensure rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Notify superiors of damages, deficits, and disturbances.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and company practices.
• Work with little supervision and maintain high performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Prioritize and manage time; work quickly without compromising quality.
