Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Dayton is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guestrooms while delivering attentive, friendly service to all guests.

You will thoroughly clean rooms, restock supplies, handle lost and found items, and report maintenance issues to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and clear communication with colleagues and guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Restock housekeeping carts with supplies and linen.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and well maintained.
• Report maintenance issues and missing items to supervision.
