Responsibilities include cleaning rooms per standards, stocking carts, handling lost and found, and reporting maintenance needs to keep guest satisfaction high.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Prepare supplies and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report all missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
