Responsibilities

• Learn all Glacier Raft Company products and services.
• Answer phones and respond to emails promptly.
• Book reservations by phone or in person; reschedule/cancel trips.
• Check in guests for fishing, overnights, cabins and events.
• Manage payments and overdue payments for reservations.
• Enter waivers and update daily schedules and boards.
• Coordinate with staff (LG’s, DT, Housekeeping, Kitchen).
• Handle group trips and event bookings; close/open cabins to avoid overbooking.
• Respond to Booking and Expedia reviews; maintain records in Excel.
