Job summary

Mount Airy Casino Resort in Mount Pocono, PA, is seeking a Credit Clerk to coordinate and maintain all paperwork to establish guest credit under supervision of the Credit Executive and Credit Manager. You will ensure compliance with MACR policy and PA Gaming Control Board regulations while supporting credit-related processes.

Responsibilities include processing credit applications, obtaining references, maintaining files, and interfacing with Central Credit and other properties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college courses in Banking/Finance preferred.
• Must be able to operate computers, fax machines and calculators in processing credit information.
• Excellent clerical and office skills with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process applications for guests applying for credit.
• Request credit references and back reports for credit issuance.
• Maintain customer credit files and respond to correspondence.
• Gather and record data for credit approval and ensure PA Gaming Board compliance.
• Communicate with Central Credit and other properties regarding credit.
• Pull credit reports and attach to credit applications.
• Enter approved credit data into casino systems.
• Assist cashiers with credit-related issues and resolve problems.
