Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily.
• A minimum of 18 years of age required upon employment.
• Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and schematics.
• Two to three years of Property Operations/Facilities management experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and operation of Property Operations Department.
• Oversee maintenance of the property including the Water Treatment Plant.
• Maintain files and reports related to Property Operations.
• Inspect equipment for operational standards and maintain inventory.
• Handle administrative functions and employee performance evaluations.
• Schedule employees for adequate staffing and project completion.
