Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Reservations Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service and seamless arrangements for guests. You will assist with inquiries, book reservations, and support arrival and departure needs in a 24-hour operation.

A minimum of 1 year in guest or customer service is required; ability to speak a second language is a plus. You should be a team player, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations and related inquiries.
• Help with arrival and departure arrangements including airport transfers and luggage storage.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide on-the-spot solutions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure guest success.
