Six Flags Over Georgia seeks a Will Call / Guest Relations Team Member to support membership operations, handle guest concerns, and process payments. You will sell park admissions media, distribute tickets, and assist guests with season passes and memberships.

The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must handle stressful situations and emergencies.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to actively engage guests.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and/or other languages preferred.
• Available to work flexible hours on nights and weekends.
• Be safety conscious, while also outgoing with a friendly demeanor.
• Be willing to actively engage guests.

Responsabilités

• Comply with proper debit/credit and mobile payment procedures.
• Provide accurate information to Guests and assist Season Passes and Membership holders.
• Utilize POS system and season pass administration system to sell tickets and look up season pass and membership information.
• Handle various ticket transactions with and without coupons.
• Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during their visit to Six Flags.
• Resolve Guest concerns that may arise daily.
• Ensure that image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards requirements are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
