Job summary

Six Flags White Water in Marietta, GA is seeking a friendly Membership Operations Support associate to assist guests with complaints, process mobile and credit/debit payments, and distribute tickets and media according to park procedures. You will use the POS and season pass systems to sell tickets, look up passes, and provide accurate information to guests while assisting with Season Passes and Memberships.

Expect a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to actively engage guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Able to communicate in English; other languages preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Comply with proper debit/credit and mobile payment procedures.
• Provide accurate information to guests and assist with Season Passes and Memberships.
• Utilize POS and season pass systems to sell tickets and look up pass information.
• Handle various ticket transactions with and without coupons.
• Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during their visit.
• Resolve guest concerns daily and maintain service standards.
• Maintain image, cleanliness, and courtesy in all interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to Guests and assist Season Passes and Membership holders.
• Utilize POS system and season pass administration system to sell tickets and look up season pass and membership information.
• Handle various ticket transactions with and without coupons.
• Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during their visit to Six Flags.
• Resolve Guest concerns that may arise daily
• Ensure standards of performance for all areas within their responsibilities are met.
• Ensure that image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards requirements are met.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate

$10.50/hr.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and/or other languages preferred, including the ability to read and speak.
• Available to work flexible hours on nights and weekends.

• Fluent in More than 1 Language(Preferred, not required)
