Job summary

The Guest Relations Team Lead at Texas Health Fitness Centers in Fort Worth is a hands-on leader responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to employees, members, and guests while driving membership growth and ensuring operational consistency.

As Manager-on-Duty, you will monitor opening/closing, safety, cash handling, CRM accuracy, and front-desk operations, coaching teammates and aligning with facility leadership to maintain a welcoming, organized, and stage-ready club.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six months of Guest Relations or customer-service experience preferred.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM, lead-generation, scheduling, and POS systems; experience with ABC and Zenoti preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and model company standards, service expectations, policies, and front-desk protocols.
• Provide coaching, role-play, recognition, and feedback to help team succeed.
• Support daily huddles and communicate key updates, promotions, goals, and priorities to the team.
• Collaborate with Guest Relations Manager, membership sales, and facility leadership for consistent teamwork.
• Assist with onboarding and training new teammates; ensure required sales and systems training is completed.
