Job summary

Texas Health Fitness Centers in Arlington, TX seeks a Guest Relations Teammate to welcome members and guests and drive engagement with memberships, personal training and wellness programs. Evening/weekend availability may be required to support facility operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests and prospects; assist with check-ins and questions.
• Build relationships and deliver a personalized, memorable experience.
• Lead facility tours and introduce membership options and services.
• Support lead follow-up and outreach via phone, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Communicate promotions, programs, schedules, and updates clearly.
• Address member concerns promptly and professionally.
