Qualifications

• At least six months of guest relations or customer-service experience; leadership is a plus.
• Proven ability to coach others, communicate clearly, and lead professionally.
• Proficient with CRM, lead-generation, scheduling, and POS systems; ABC/Zenoti preferred.
• Strong sales, service, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for varying hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach Guest Relations Teammates.
• Support daily huddles and share updates, goals, and priorities.
• Collaborate with membership sales and facility leadership for consistency.
• Onboard and train new teammates; ensure required sales and systems training.
• Deliver exceptional service for members, guests, and prospects.
• Support tours, lead follow-up, referrals, and upselling.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty with opening/closing, security, and cash handling.
• Keep CRM, lead gen, scheduling, and transaction systems accurate; troubleshoot.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and stage-ready environment.
• Escalate significant issues and suggest system improvements.
