The role balances hospitality, membership growth, and operational consistency while supporting the Guest Relations Manager and coaching teammates.

The position involves leading daily staff, guiding guest interactions, and acting as Manager-on-Duty to ensure a welcoming, safe, and stage-ready club environment.

Qualifications

• Six months+ guest relations or customer-service experience preferred.
• Ability to coach others, communicate clearly, and lead professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coach teammates, and support daily huddles to share updates and goals.
• Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and prospects and drive membership growth through tours and upselling.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty with opening/closing tasks, safety, cash handling, and system maintenance.
