Job summary

Rosegate Commons Assisted Living is seeking a Part-Time Guest Relations Specialist in Indianapolis, IN. You will greet and assist visitors, answer calls, and direct callers to appropriate personnel, while fostering communication and ensuring customer satisfaction within the community.

The role focuses on delivering compassionate care, supporting residents and families, and maintaining positive relationships. Part-time shifts include evenings, with occasional additional opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in guest services or front-desk roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and residents, and manage the community telephone system to answer calls and direct callers.
• Build ongoing relationships with residents and families, foster communication, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

Monday and Tuesday evenings per week and occasional additional shift opportunities

• The Guest Relations Specialist greets and assists all visitors and residents to the community, and operates the telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel. The Guest Relations Specialist is committed to building on-going relationships with the residents and families, foster communication and ensures ongoing customer satisfaction.
