Rosegate Commons Assisted Living is seeking a Part-Time Guest Relations Specialist for Monday and Tuesday evenings with occasional additional shifts. The role greets visitors, answers calls and directs inquiries while supporting residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The Guest Relations Specialist greets and assists all visitors and residents to the community, and operates the telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel. The Guest Relations Specialist is committed to building on-going relationships with the residents and families, foster communication and ensures ongoing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
