Berlin City Auto Group in Portland, ME seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to be the first touchpoint for service customers. You will listen, answer questions, schedule vehicles, and ensure each interaction reflects our outstanding customer experience.

No automotive experience is required—training, tools, and career development are provided to help you succeed. You’ll work with CRM systems and scheduling software to build relationships and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Hospitality, healthcare, banking, retail, customer success or administrative support background valued.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology.
• Experience with CRM or appointment scheduling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by phone, email, text, and online.
• Be the trusted first contact, listen to needs, and provide personalized solutions.
• Build relationships with current and future service customers and follow up.
• Answer routine calls promptly and professionally and schedule service appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and coordinate with the service team.
