Job summary

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is seeking a Guest Relations Representative to serve as a friendly liaison for patients, families, visitors and hospital staff at Woodbridge, VA. Part-time (24 hrs/week) and Flexi (8 hrs/week) roles are available.

The successful candidate will welcome guests, address concerns, and help ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for patients in a not-for-profit hospital setting with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to greet patients and coordinate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families and visitors to provide a welcoming environment.
• Serve as liaison between patients and hospital teams to address concerns and coordinate care.
• Support routing and information flow within the front desk/reception area.

The Guest Relations Representative is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $19.38 - $28.69 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
