Job summary

Kiowa Casinos seeks a Casino Host to retain high-end players and execute promotions and events across properties. You will work with the Player Development Manager to design the Rewards Club program and attract new enrolled players while offering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include greeting VIP guests, promoting benefits, coordinating hotel programs, and mentoring Rewards Club Reps. A background in gaming regulations and public speaking is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in a related field plus 2 years of player development experience or equivalent.
• 1 year public speaking experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of the gaming industry and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist high-end players and drive retention.
• Collaborate with Player Development Manager on Rewards Club program design.
• Attract and retain high-end players and execute promotions/events.
• Act as lead for Rewards Club in the absence of a Lead.
• Tele-market lists provided by Marketing and track guest participation.
• Maintain knowledge of gaming machines, player tracking, and promotions.
• Promote a positive public image and ensure guest satisfaction.
