Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests, associates and partners to the hospital Main Lobby and directs them according to visitation policy.
• Assesses guests' immediate needs and arranges transportation if necessary.
• Answers questions and solves problems for guests with or without supervisor assistance.
• Alerts departments of guest arrivals and coordinates with relevant hospital areas.
• Provides information about bus routes, taxi requests and other services as needed.
• Performs additional duties to ensure guests' needs are met and the hospital environment remains safe and welcoming.
