Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Guest Relations Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Canyon Ranch service standards. You will collaborate across departments to anticipate needs and maintain confidentiality while representing Forbes service standards.

You will supervise staff scheduling, optimize labor costs, support monthly sales goals and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance in a fast-paced, luxury wellness setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the same or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, judgment, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
