Canyon Ranch is seeking a Guest Relations Advisor in Las Vegas to warmly greet guests, present our wellness offerings, and drive revenue by pairing services with meaningful enhancements. You’ll manage bookings, alterations, and check-ins, and handle transactions with accuracy and care.

The role requires a high school diploma, cash handling and computer skills, and at least one year in customer service; luxury hospitality or sales experience is preferred, with strong communication and discretion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with cash handling, computer knowledge, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Hospitality and/or sales experience, preferably at a luxury level, is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive or confrontational situations.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through Canyon Ranch offerings.
• Generate revenue by pairing services with appropriate enhancements and managing bookings/alterations.
• Check-in guests for appointments and services; process transactions including cash, card, and gift certificates.
