Job summary

Northgate Resorts is seeking a Guest Relations Staff in Oxford, MS to assist guests, check them in, escort to sites, and provide local concierge guidance. This seasonal, full-time or part-time role reports to the Guest Relations Supervisor.

You will handle guest inquiries, upsell park services, maintain POS notes, and collaborate with other teams to ensure a memorable stay. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and escort them to their lodging or RV site.
• Provide guidance and explain service options to guests.
• Upsell park amenities like firewood, ice, and golf carts.
• Enforce park rules and quiet hours.
• Coordinate with other departments and relay guest requests.
• Document notes in POS/reservation tablet and submit work orders.
