Northgate Resorts seeks a Guest Relations Staff member to deliver outstanding guest experiences at our camp-resort locations. This seasonal role supports express check-ins, escorts guests to sites, and patrols the resort to assist guests during their stay.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, handling reservations, and acting as a concierge for local opportunities while maintaining high energy and a friendly demeanor. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance and explain service options to guests
• Check reservations for accuracy and policy compliance
• Check-in and escort guests to lodging or RV site
• Act as concierge for transient guests
• Upsell ancillary sales (firewood, ice, golf carts)
• Enforce park rules including quiet hours
• Engage with guests and follow up on requests
• Understand POS and reservation system and document notes
• Communicate with departments and escalate issues
• Submit work orders as needed
• Follow guest recovery service guidelines
