Job summary

Concord Shore Services is seeking a Guest Port Services Agent to welcome cruise guests at the Concord Shore terminals in New Orleans, LA and Mobile, AL. This part-time, year-round role supports smooth boarding and return experiences, handling check-in, ID verification, luggage, and VIP sign-ins with Gulf Coast hospitality.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, greet guests, assist with directions, and maintain an organized work area each day.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, team-first attitude.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable on a computer, with good typing skills.
• Detail-oriented, with clear English communication skills.
• Able to stand for a full shift.
• Calm and steady in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, based on ship schedules.
• TWIC card required.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Be the first smile cruise guests see. Our Guest Port Services Agents welcome guests at the cruise terminal and help make boarding day and return day smooth, friendly, and stress-free.

What you’ll do

• Greet guests warmly and answer their questions
• Check cruise documents and photo ID
• Check guests in on our computer system
• Direct guests through check-in, security, customs, and luggage areas
• Help guests find luggage and complete lost luggage forms
• Welcome VIP guests and sign in visitors
• Set up and tidy your work area each day
• Possible key Functions could be directional, wheel Chair assist, checking in guests, meeting and greeting guests.
