Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of prior guest service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests warmly and provide efficient parking services.
• Direct vehicle flow and ensure safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Inform guests about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, activities, and events.
• Resolve guest concerns within scope or escalate to supervisor.
• Report thefts or missing items to supervision or security.
