Job summary

MGM Resorts International, National Harbor location, is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to greet guests, park and retrieve their vehicles, and provide exceptional service as the first face guests see.

The position offers $13.16 per hour plus tips, with benefits including meals, free parking, and growth opportunities. Candidates should be 18+, able to work varied shifts, and comfortable operating automatic and manual transmissions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior valet attendant experience preferred.
• Able to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the Valet Entrance and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Park and retrieve a variety of vehicles for guests.
• Assist guests with special needs and aid as required.
• Report issues to security or supervisor to avoid delays at the valet entrance.
• Manage vehicle flow to prevent traffic congestion.
• Answer questions about hotel, restaurants, events and attractions.
• Resolve guest problems within authority or refer to supervisor.
• Report suspected thefts or missing items to the supervisor or security.
• Assist bell staff with luggage as needed.
