Job summary

The Cosmopolitan is seeking a part-time Parking Ambassador to create a welcoming first impression for guests with friendly and efficient parking services in a fast-paced resort environment.

Requirements include 18+, a High School Diploma or GED, and at least 6 months of guest service experience. This outdoor role offers the chance to engage guests and share information on hotel services and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six (6) months of prior Guest Service experience.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform job duties outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet arriving guests while providing friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services.
• Direct vehicle flow and traffic while following safety protocols.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns within scope or escalate to the supervisor on duty.
• Report alleged thefts or missing items to supervisor or security.
