MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant to greet guests, provide friendly service, and ensure a smooth parking experience from arrival.

In this fast-paced role you will assist with directions, manage vehicle flow, handle luggage with Bell staff, and answer questions about hotel services, restaurants, events, and attractions, helping create memorable WOW moments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, working in service-related positions preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at valet entrance with friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic valet service.
• Collect vehicle claim checks and retrieve guest vehicles upon departure.
• Assist with directing vehicle flow and report issues or potential problems to security or management to help prevent traffic congestion and delays.
• Assist guests requiring special assistance or aid.
• Answer guest questions regarding hotel registration, restaurants, events, attractions, and resort activities.
• Assist Bell staff with luggage movement as needed.

THE STARTING RATE:

$12.00 / Per Hour + Service Commissions

The Day-to-day

• Warmly greet guests at the valet entrance while providing friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic valet service
• Collect vehicle claim checks and retrieve guest vehicles upon departure
