Sur La Table is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high‑performing retail team and inspire customers through every step of their culinary journey. You will coach staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and help drive store performance.

In this role you will manage daily operations, merchandising, and training while upholding brand standards and company policies to deliver outstanding results for our culinary community.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment.
• 1–2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty or culinary retail environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and motivating high performing sales teams while meeting operational goals.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain a high performing team.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.
