Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team across our culinary and retail offerings. You will coach staff, recruit and train, and cultivate a Guest Obsessed culture that delivers memorable experiences and drives loyalty.

You will partner with the Store Manager on merchandising, marketing, and performance analytics, while ensuring store operations, inventory accuracy, safety, and strict adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older at time of employment.
• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and motivating high performing sales teams while meeting operational goals.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain a high performing team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities
