Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year prior food and beverage service experience.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of food health codes.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Politely greet guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Explain menu items with preparation, ingredients and presentation.
• Take food and beverage orders with complete accuracy.
• Ensure guests meet legal drinking age when serving alcohol.
• Upsell beverages to accompany dinner.
• Maintain table settings and service area.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and reset tables for new guests.
