Responsibilities

• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run day-to-day restaurant operations (scheduling, P&L, forecasting, recruiting).
• Maintain clean dining room and guest-ready restaurant.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Work a 50-hour week with overtime as needed.
