Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead from the front, hire and develop great people, and drive a strong restaurant operation. You’ll uphold hospitality standards, manage P&L, and ensure accurate, on-time digital orders while cultivating a culture of guest obsession.

You’ll be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, scheduling, sales forecasting, and recruiting, with opportunities for career growth and bonuses as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Excellent guest hospitality and ability to lead teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills and a proactive approach to people development.

Responsabilités

• Be guest obsessed; uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices, utilizing Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
• Direct our team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Ensure the dining room remains clean and the restaurant is guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Be accountable for overall financial success of the restaurant, achieving sales & cash flow targets.
• Work a schedule including lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
