You’ll uphold high standards of hospitality, ensure fast, accurate service, and drive the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance management. You’ll manage scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, and food safety while delivering a welcoming, high-energy dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Lead full employee lifecycle: recruitment, people processes and performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and apprentices using Chipotle training tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day operations: scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and interviewing.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Uphold food safety, operational and compliance standards.
• Achieve annual sales and cash flow goals.
• Provide leadership across all hours with lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
